Return Policy and Guarantees:
The Wallpaper Tool Store will exchange or refund any product returned to us within 30 days. Please call for an RGA number before returning any products. Products returned without an RGA will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by an original packing slip, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Please include a note briefly explaining the reason for return.
Always ship your returns via an insured carrier such as FedEx . The Paint Store Online does not accept liability for returns that arrive to us damaged. Certain items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call for details.

The Wallpaper Tool Store does not guarantee any product beyond the original manufacturers warranty. However, The Wallpaper Tool Store will be happy to act on our customers’ behalf and process any warranty claims at no charge, beyond the shipment of the product for service.
